Quality & Warranty
At Valued Components Limited we adhere to a quality control system. All products are inspected and well tested before shipping. We also take special care when handling static sensitive parts. Our products are guaranteed to meet original manufacturer features and specifications, and if a failed part is found, we assure returns or replacement.
In addition, we offer one year quality warranty on all shipped orders. Orders can be returned or replaced in 30 days when there are something wrong with the parts.
Delivery & After-Sales
We have established longer term cooperation with our logistics partners. We handled sea caogo, express (DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, EMS), air transport, railway and road transport. Also, we support customer designated logistics providers. 76.2% elements ordered before 10 am can be shipped same working day, 92.6% orders can be shipped next working day, 96.8% stocked parts will be shipped in a week.
